We take complaints seriously and will acknowledge yours within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with how we have responded, you can escalate to our partner adviser's external dispute resolution scheme, or to the Financial Markets Authority or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
